Aarti Gadhia

Aarti is the Country Manager at Sentra and was named among the Top 20 Cybersecurity Women of the World by the United Cybersecurity Alliance. A passionate advocate for inclusion in tech, she helped launch the WiCyS Western Affiliate, introducing structured networking that’s now used by organizations like ISC2 and ISACA to ensure everyone leaves with meaningful connections. She founded SHE (Sharing Her Empowerment), an employee resource group dedicated to advancing women’s leadership and representation in cybersecurity. Through initiatives like Standout to Lead and partnerships with Women Get On Board, Aarti continues to create pathways for women to step into leadership and board roles across the industry.
